Entry Application

ENTRANTS DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PIANO FESTIVAL IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN THE COMPETITION.

Application and fee deadline: Must be postmarked by April 30, 2010.
Send by regular mail only. Do not send applications via certified or registered mail.

Application fee is waived for students participating in the Piano Festival. Inquiries are only accepted via email only, send to alohapianofest@yahoo.com.

Each application form must be accompanied by a photo of the entrant, no smaller than 2" x 3", or no larger than 5" x 5"
An entrant will be disqualified if there is missing information, inaccurate or incomplete repertoire listings, and/or no photo. An entrant will also be disqualified if the form has illegible information. Please type or print in black ink
Entrants may compete in the higher level if so wish but may not compete in the level below their age group

Solo Division
Level A (up to age 8) $25
Level B (ages 9–11) $25
Junior (ages 12–14) $30
High School (ages 15–18) $30
Young Artist (19–25) $30

Concerto Division
Level A (up to age 8) $20
Level B (ages 9–11) $20
Junior (ages 12–14) $25
High School (ages 15–18) $25
Young Artist (19–25) $25

Contestants entering in both solo and concerto divisions are offered a discounted application fee.
